Salam! I'm Naira. I'm a mom of two, professor, brand consultant, graphic designer, and business coach + cheerleader for Muslim women entrepreneurs.

I've been an entrepreneur and brand strategist for over 15 years, running four successful businesses along the way. However, being an educator and professor for the last five years has also been the greatest adventure of my career. I started Grow With Naira by merging the two into business coaching — and it has been a dream come true.

My coaching journey began when I discovered my passion for helping Muslim women with branding, marketing, mindset, and productivity training.

I love seeing Muslim women succeed, breaking generational cycles, reading and collecting self-development and business books, cooking for my family, and drinking chai/matcha. My biggest passion is helping Muslim women achieve their dreams by starting or scaling their businesses to financial freedom. I also love connecting them to other women who can help. In my world, there is enough for everyone. I believe in collaboration over competiton — always.

Through Grow With Naira, I run a monthly membership called Magnetic Muslimah for high-value Muslim women entrepreneurs. This inclusive space helps Muslim women grow spiritually and financially, with application-based knowledge and marketing strategy through my BARAKAH MINDSET™ method. My academic research focuses on how Canadian Muslim entrepreneurs and organizations build a cohesive intersectional brand identity in Western society. This work is my passion.
